Known for her love of data, Courtney Kearney, CPSM – owner of CKearney Consulting (CKC) – brings her marketing skills and years of experience to a technical world of databases, processes and numbers. She is a CRM thought leader; writing white papers, leading roundtables and giving presentations at local and national conferences. CKC is proud to provide CRM system evaluation, implementation, maintenance support, training, proposal automation, data analytics and API integration services. Courtney was “born into” the AEC industry growing up visiting jobsites her father was project manager on which meant the industry got in her blood at a young age and never left! After graduating from Texas A&M, Courtney spent a decade as a marketer in the proposal trenches. Courtney has served in several leadership roles in SMPS Fort Worth including the role of President. She enjoys spending time with her nurse husband and two amazing daughters.
Julie Shaffer, CPSM, Shaffer Creative
Julie Shaffer, CPSM, has a vision: to make her clients shine through clear communication strategies, efficient processes, and engaging visual design. After 11 years honing her skills with a Texas-based engineering firm, Julie founded Shaffer Creative in 2012 to share her vast industry knowledge and orchestrate creative branding solutions for a wide variety of clients. Her work has been recognized with local, national, and international awards for marketing collateral and graphic design. An Adobe Certified Expert in InDesign CC, Julie’s popular training workshops take her all over the United States. She has had the honor of presenting at more than 20 association events in the past two years, with more to come.
