Today, Jeff leads the Human Capital and Organizational Strategies niche under Hogan Taylor Advisory Services. He works as a confidante and coach to organizational executive teams and assists in the focus and formulation of a company’s human capital strategies. He also provides valuable consulting around executive presence, team building, performance strategies and organizational communications. Jeff works across the nation, but resides in his native Tulsa, Oklahoma and is married to Cathy. He has been blessed with two sons and a daughter: Tucker, Drew and Megan.
