Existing clients are the best source of new revenue, yet many firms are leaving money on the table. Some are even losing legacy clients (and guaranteed work) to the competition. In this session, participants will learn how to strengthen and deepen the client relationship in order to retain the client, grow client revenue, and identify opportunities for adding and developing new services. Attendees will walk away with a road map to help move the firm from serving as the client’s vendor to become a trusted advisor and then ultimately a strategic partner.
