Learning to lead versus manage is an on-going topic and challenge for many. During this interactive workshop, attendees will be made aware of different leadership styles and techniques. Attendees will participate in team building activities which will help them open their minds to new ways of communicating, as well as learn ways to engage and empower their staff. They will see how to allow new ideas to come to fruition and work more diligently as a team. We will also discuss the stigma and fear many leaders face from feeling like they have to have all the answers. Learning that by sharing their knowledge, they will create value vs. being perceived as vulnerable and by no longer saying “I’ll take care of it”, or “It’s easier if I just do it”, they are creating an atmosphere open to collaboration and growth.
