The focus of the session will be on the solution. The ideas, resources, tips, and actions that attendees can utilize to prevent or stop burn out. Each attendee will leave with a plan and list of strategies and tactics that they can start immediately to improve their situation that day! The session will include several group activities, demonstrations, and input and interaction with the audience. Some attendees will even get a chance to role play and become part of the presentation. There will be actual testimonials and real life examples of what can go very wrong and how taking some simple steps can literally change your life. The best thing about this session is that not only will it help attendees in their jobs, but it will also help them in just about every aspect of their lives (if they apply the principles that we cover). We are hard wired and programmed to prosper. The universe wants us to succeed. We just need to quit sabotaging ourselves and own it! Oh and there will be prizes!
