The Marketer’s Dilemma: Building Your Career Without a Defined Path
[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text el_class=”presdesc”]Whether you’re a department-of-one or part of a team, you’ll reach a career decision point. This program will help you assess internal vs external opportunities, give tips for rebranding in place, and guidance for a move that contributes to your personal and professional growth.
We come to conferences for inspiration and learning, for ourselves and for our firms. This program will honestly address the choices we make in our careers, looking at how we can continue to bring value to our employers and satisfaction to ourselves while navigating the undefined career paths of contemporary A/E/C marketers.
Leveraging SMPS best practices (such as Blueprints), applying concepts of storytelling, and seeking inspiration from the entrepreneurial spirit of start-up culture, participants will leave with a fresh perspective on their own career journey. There will be two in-program exercises in roundtable groups, and a bridging exercise to action after the conference.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_text_separator title=”Speaker” color=”custom” border_width=”2″ accent_color=”#e5e5e5″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/6″][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/6″][vc_column_text el_class=”biodesc”]Joanna Hoffschneider, Resolute Consulting LLC
