Let’s have a discussion on how we are building ourselves as leaders: our perspectives, our habits, our character.

Being a leader is not about the title you hold or the office you sit in, it is about the decisions you make and the relationships you build. Leadership is about inspiring others to reach their potential, and in turn, rising to your own. Learn fundamental and tangible ways to become an inspiring leader, no matter the phase of your career.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_text_separator title=”Speaker” color=”custom” border_width=”2″ accent_color=”#e5e5e5″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/6″][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/6″][vc_column_text el_class=”biodesc”]Brian Sacco, APTIM

As a 10-year professional working domestically and internationally, I have continually found myself in a position working hand-in-hand with the executive management team at each of my respective organizations: non-profit, oil and gas, and now in the AEC realm. By no means have I come into a job with that expectation, but every time, I seem to find myself there. I have a passion for people, relationships, marketing, details, and sports. It has been impressed on me numerous times to lead where ever I am, whatever I am doing. Along the way, I have learned a great deal and want to pay it forward to those who are rising to their potential.

I have a beautiful wife, Sarah, and three sons, Porter, Archer, and Grady. They’re pretty much amazing.
