Chaz Ross-Munro, CPSM has been a professional services marketer for more than 12 years. Chaz is an Implementation Specialist at Cosential, where she provides comprehensive CRM and Proposal Automation solutions for some of the world’s best A/E/C firms.

Chaz recently published Sink or Swim Faster! Making a Splash Your First Year Marketing for Professional Service to help onboard new marketers. In addition to her CPSM certification, she holds a CF APMP through the Association of Proposal Management Professionals. Known for her love of data, Courtney Kearney, CPSM brings her marketing skills, education and 18 years of experience to a technical world of databases, processes and numbers. She is the founder and owner of CKearney Consulting (CKC) and a CRM thought leader; writing white papers, leading roundtables and giving presentations at local and national conferences. CKC is proud to provide CRM system evaluation, implementation, support, training, proposal automation, data analytics and API integration services.

In March of 2018, Courtney launched a second business, Collaborative Coalition, providing quality consultants, small business owners and micropreneurs a trusted space to collaborate while also providing companies a place to find high quality people to meet their needs from design, proposal production, coaching, interview prep, etc.
